In winter cereals, the fertilization usually followed includes basal fertilization during sowing and surface fertilization with granular or foliar fertilizers in one or two doses during the spring
Due to the high price of granular fertilizers, many producers will resort to the solution of under-fertilization, i.e. they will apply fewer units of lubricants and mainly nitrogen than what their crop needs. The solution to this problem could be provided by foliar fertilizers that provide the elements we want to the plant at the appropriate stage of development with lower fertilization costs.
For better results, foliar fertilization is recommended in two doses.¨
The first dose should be made from the end of twining to the beginning of the stubble. At this stage of cultivation where our grains are often stressed by low temperatures, it is recommended to
MAXICROP® N which is inorganic, liquid, foliar fertilizer – natural biostimulant based on nitrogen-enriched seaweed extract (17%)
or To Phytoamino-N which is intended to cover the needs of plants, directly with nitrogen (N) and with the addition of amino acids
The second dose is applied from the beginning of the stubble until just before the ear is removed. The 2nd application is very important, as in this particular period the needs of the crop in nitrogen are high, while it also contributes to the increase of protein. At this stage of cultivation we can apply the two previous ones as the MAXICROP® N or To Phytoamino-N as well as
The SUPERB UREA is a liquid urea, sulphur, boron and molybdenum fertilizer that, due to its high nitrogen content, is recommended to be used in all periods of high plant growth.
NITROSTIM Microbial Growth Biostimulator
NitroStim is a microbial solution that stimulates the growth of
plants thanks to the action of specific beneficial nitrogen binders
bacteria, which bind atmospheric nitrogen and
convert into a form immediately digestible by plants, ensuring
fast, vigorous and balanced growth.
