Modett is applied pre-emergence or post-emergence up to the 6th true leaf of the corn to combat grasses and broadleaf weeds.
It is a herbicide mixture of the active substance dimethenamid-p, which belongs to the group of chloroacetamides, and the active substance terbuthylazine, which belongs to the group of chlorotriazines.
Terbuthylazine inhibits photosynthesis (photosystem II), while dimethenamid-p, which belongs to the chloroacetamide group, inhibits cell division and meristematic growth.
Recommended dose
| 200-300 ml/acre (max) | General spraying with a broom-type nozzle and a pressure of 2-3 atmospheres. Applied pre-emergence of the crop or post-emergence up to the 6th true leaf of the crop. (BBCH 00-16) |
