Garlon Duo is a foliar herbicide for the long-term control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds (herbaceous and woody/semi-woody) on non-cultivated land (areas covered with vegetation, which are not used for cultivation and subject to minimal, non-intensive management, such as airports, railway embankments, road ends, industrial areas, energy production areas, fire zones, recreational areas, etc.).
Both triclopyr & aminopyralid actives belong to the pyridine carboxylic acid herbicide group. They are rapidly absorbed by plants and transported to accumulate in the meristematic tissue. In sensitive species, both active ingredients cause syxin symptoms. These include stem elongation, premature senescence and eventually stunting and/or rapid necrosis.
