Denial of Receipt<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of delivery of a product other than the one ordered by type or quantity.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that during delivery, the product packaging is damaged, completely or in most of it.<\/li>\n<li>A necessary condition for the above to be valid is that the finding of either the damaged packaging or the wrong product is made in the presence of the carriers or courier during the delivery process, in which case the return is routed before receipt.<\/li>\n<li>In this case, the delivery-return costs are borne by the store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Product returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer has the right to withdraw without reason and return the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, within 14 days of its invoicing. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, its packaging (if it was delivered that way) must be intact (closed) and include the original contents.<\/li>\n<li>In this case, the delivery-return costs are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Products must in any case be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to the customer. To be accompanied by the Retail Sales Receipt, if a Retail Receipt was issued, or a Return Slip if an Invoice or Shipping Slip was issued.<\/li>\n<li>In the same way, the return procedure is followed in case of damage to the product when it is under warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Initially, the replacement is certified by the nearest service of the respective company and the replacement is done by the store with shipping costs borne by the consumer. In any case, the product is accompanied by the corresponding documents (Receipt or Invoice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the customer does not wish to replace the product but to return it, then the refund will be made to the customer by depositing into a Bank Account that appears to be a joint beneficiary. Disclosure of the IBAN is a necessary condition.
